Founded in 1927 by John Riggs, Sr, Riggs CAT is a family-owned equipment dealership located in Little Rock, Arkansas. Riggs CAT is understandably proud of its heritage as well as the distinct honor of being one of the oldest Caterpillar dealerships in the United States.
