That is interesting, any time I am visiting your site it is always - scattered clouds in New York. I thought the New York has a better weather :)

However, the idea of "different backgrounds", which dependent on weather, quite unique. I hope the "scattered clouds in New York" going to be soon removed and we could enjoy some other background color. Cheers!
