This was a vibrant site that matches the subject matter perfectly.
As always, Ill start with what the design team clearly got right.
They nailed the mood and atmosphere of the club and what its like for kids to actually be a part of it. That sense of purpose and fun clearly comes through in the written content, colour palette, icons and typography. I especially loved the photography and video shoots which felt authentic and not at all rehearsed.
If I absolutely had to find fault, Id focus on clarity. Since theres a lot going on visually and the sitemap is a little unorthodox, Id have used breadcrumbs and deactivated same page links with a different shade to give users a point of reference and prevent same page clicks. Also, Id have dialled back the colours and background shapes for maybe just one section on each page to give the users eye a break from all that blue.
But Im really just nitpicking here. All in all, this was a good site that should work well for the client. Looking forward to seeing more of your work.
