"Way360 Group" first review

I Like the visual aspect of the site. I think you have done a good job in presenting a fun group of creatives in an out of the box thinking way. Some elements of the site are pretty clever like that "What we do" section with hover text revealer in a letter matching game. I enjoyed that. Also some of the pictures on the site are hilarious like that lama with glasses :)

Also the responsive aspect has been handled nicely, with some minor exceptions, like you can see the end of the hero image in an about section on 1920px full screen:

My suggestions are mainly on the UI and the whole feel of the site.

The parallax that you have done on the h1 of the each page could be a little more clear, also you could involve the hero picture.

The whole site is visually expressing a very fun feeling and because of that you could experiment with the animations more, you could do a lot of different cool stuff like scroll animations, more parallax, more event driven animations.

But, overall a pretty good job :)
