The site seems well thought out and presented. I Like the hover animations and that gradient heading at the beginning, but overall the site needs some more effort on the specific elements.

The part that I miss the most is the consistency of the design elements. You have played it safe with the Helvetica font, but then tried to break from the safe zone with too much of different animations.

You are using fadeIn, slideInRight, several different cta hover animations (with and without an arrow) and on different backgrounds. The client testimonials carousel is using 4 second opacity animation and the delay between the elements is really long. This is the one thing I really dont't like. It needs improvement. Consider implementing a carousel navigation plus making more consistent testimonial lengths. There is really too much blank space at this section and it really shows when viewing on the phone.

You have a gradient heading on the first page and solid headings on other pages. Make a decision of only 1 type. The spacing between subheadings is not the same on all pages and the navigation elements gave me expectation of dropdown elements because of the right arrow and you don't need a login link in the footer. One is enough in the menu.

Have to say you did a great job on responsive part, except for the testimonial section.

That would definitely help with the conversion rate. If a user is visiting the page for the first time (probably through Google) and click the "start now" cta, the goal of the page would not be clear. With some further explanation, there would be a greater percentage of a conversion success. Great catch.

Nice. 100% agree with you. There is another UX detail that catches my eye – header CTA "START NOW".
When I click on "START NOW" button I expect to have some short explanation of what I will get from contacting the company and not just "Ready to get started?", when I click the button from other page – I am already ready :)

For example (using text from /what-we-do page):

"It starts with passion and ends with results.
You can rest assured that we will deliver nothing but the best for you. From traditional PR to digital media, our team ..."

Also the START NOW page is a focus page, it is a bridge between business and potential client. Separating the Contact us from the START NOW page would be a right thing I think.
