The site is providing the necessary information to the user. It does the job, but if you wish to stand out more from the competition, you need to put some more character in the design - some more branding elements :)
Every page has the same hero image. You should provide some diversity. I liked that fixed background section named "Web Design Experience". Provide more stuff like that - make it interesting. I miss more images and less content. You know what they say - images sell. Also some case studies from your work could be in there, instead of just providing links to the live sites. That's what the user appreciates the most.
Find those unique elements that will define you, that will make you stand out from other agencies.
