"ByMattLee" third review
I'm a French UX Designer and Art Director, originating from Poland and currently living in Canada. I see every project I am involved in as an opportunity to go further, providing my clients and employers with quality materials and a great working relationship.
That's a nice portfolio, and this grey color palette definitely sets a style, your own style. However, I feel like a bit more contrast could lead to a better rhythm in the layouts. And because everything is so grey, I perceive the color in your works more vivid than they may be, and I don't know why, but it feels a bit weird.
On the other hand, I think that the minimalist graphics you use to frame your work are a bit shy and lack contrast with the color of your background. So when the background of your works is grey or black, it's not easy to make the distinction between your site's background and your works'.
The transitions are nice and well timelined, awesome.
Overall, your works are great, this is a very good portfolio :)
