At first glance, this agency website would be nice until I scrolled down to the parts of the videos. 1) its distracting while I'm trying real hard to read the text. 2) the text is just hard to read.
For the portfolio page, aside from me seeing the actual site, I would like to know more about the project. But apparently, by clicking on the image it takes you to the site itself. Not good practice.
