The choice of a serif typeface for all of the site content is also not a good practice. I would suggest to pick a nice and clean sans serif typeface for the content.

I dont't think that footer links are necessary, because you have a fixed menu. I miss some nice case studies of your projects and the overall layout structure doesn't seem consistent on all resolutions. That is really seen on the mobile view.

The services and the first page are almost the same. Maybe that could be merged into 1 page and you could make a further details page for your services.
