Signature and Copyright for website
A signature (from Latin: signare, "to sign") is a handwritten (and often stylized) depiction of someone's name, nickname, or even a simple "X" or other mark that a person writes on documents as a proof of identity and intent.
Each time in the process of creation a web resource I ask myself the same question – what to enter on a copyright place. The matter isn't what needed to be there: © 2013 Your Company Name. All rights reserved., the matter is what seems to me correct there to insert. This place associates at me with a place in which we usually enter date and append the signature, sometimes with the short comment, such as at the end of the manuscript or in the lower part of a picture.
This question, at first sight insignificant, actually more deeply and causes in me lots of why & how. That is philosophical question and here it is essentially important to understand: what relations you have with the finished project.
For quite some time now I began to write: Concept & Design 2013 Web Talk To; thereby meaning: that this site invented and developed by Web Talk To in 2013.
Other option, it is to insert a copyright, and under, our signature, that in my opinion cancels a dilemma.
And quite recently, looking for the name to the main category of Web Talk To, I found - it seems – more suitable signature:
The title search for main category, led me to a connection - Idea & Realis (from Latin, realis - material). Such a definition of category corresponds to any article, corresponds to the process at any stage. It is suitable for articles which describe only an idea, and to those which speak of the idea and its realization, and is also suitable to articles in which only talks about the realization of idea.
So the next web project will be signed: Idea & Realis 2013 Web Talk To
