glassdoor.ca dirty technique and lies

Trust is everything.

Can you trust organization and its content, if from really first steps on site this organization is using dirty technique and lies?

Scenario

1. You would like to check reviews about some company.

2. You have been asked to Sign Up - "Sign up in seconds to unlock everything on Glassdoor".

3. You have created your account. Logged in and... - "Add your review or salary to unlock everything on Glassdoor".

This is already second time I am going to unlock everything on Glassdoor :)

From UX point of view it is unacceptable !
